Hi Stephen, Bug 836362 has been marked as a duplicate of Bug 811390. Can you create a work dependency for Bug 831905 for the design assets that are required?

I verified the bug based on https://bug831905.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=703473 and bug 811390:
1. The SSL indicator (grey lock) is displayed in the navigation app bar identifying the securely connected sites (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/)
2. The EV SSL indicator (green lock) is displayed in the navigation app bar identifying the site as securely connected. However, the name of the organization that runs the site is not displayed anywhere. (https://www.icloud.com/) - logged follow up bug 881676
3. No SSL indication (only the grey globe) is displayed in the in the navigation app bar for non-secured sites (http://www.amazon.com/)

Tested on windows 8 using latest nightly for iteration-12. Followed steps provided in comment0 and got expected result.
For EV SSL indicator, I saw green lock, but I didn't see organization name that runs the site.
